Festo Sanga

I am a Member of Parliament for Makete Constituency in Tanzania's Njombe Region. I hold a Bachelor's in History and Political Science from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Master's in Leadership and Governance from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha. I serve on the parliamentary committee for Land, Natural Resources, and Tourism, focusing on resource protection, tourism promotion, and effective land use.

Balla Shareeph (Hamza)

(Project Strategist | Marketing Enthusiast | Advocate of Biophilia) Experienced project strategist skilled in planning, execution, and marketing leadership. Holds a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s in project management. Currently responsible for Mass Market Communication at Yas, driving creative, data-driven brand and advertising strategies that enhance customer engagement. Passionate about biophilia and integrating sustainability into strategic initiatives.

Radhia Cozy Aboubaka

Strategic nonprofit professional with a background in Law, International Relations and Management. Skilled in developing and implementing policies and programs to support organizational objectives as well as developing and implementing impactful programs to address social issues and drive positive change.

Hulda Franklin Bagalla

(Real Estate Specialist | Land Governance Advocate | Infrastructure Strategist) Experienced facilities and asset management professional with a strong background in real estate and land administration. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Management and Valuation from Ardhi University and is pursuing a Master of Laws in Land Administration at the Open University of Tanzania. Currently oversees physical assets, facilities operations, and office systems at one of the region’s largest financial institutions. Passionate about sustainable land governance and a member of the NELGA Alumni Network, promoting research and policy dialogue across Africa .
